Dr. Lawrence Loh, MD, MPH, CCFP, FRCPC, FACPM

​Adjunct Professor at the Dalla Lana School of Public Health, University of Toronto.

Dr. Loh came to Taboo Health through his work in health policy as a public health physician, which has involved him in many population health issues. In his work he has recognized the challenges that stigma and stereotype play in fostering open conversation around certain topics, which has implications in the collective decisions ultimately made on these topics. He also recognizes the power of the arts to challenge status quo and minds across a spectrum of opinions that would otherwise not be swayed by conventional techniques.
